Meditation- Jeanne Townsend

Last night, Jeanne Townsend began teaching her Wednesday night meditation class at Mind In Body.
Jeanne was welcoming, informative and made the whole experience incredibly accessible. I felt nurtured and supported and did NOT have that nagging voice in my head, “Am I doing this right?” I felt free to experience whatever I was going to experience.
And even though mind chatter would go in and out of my head, the experience was still calming for me, still centering.
I need this and will definitely make this meditation class a habit. I hope you will too.
